2. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม

- ข้อมูลสลากและการบันทึก: ข้อมูลหมายเลขสลากที่ผู้ใช้บันทึกในรายการสลากที่ติดตาม (Watchlist) หรือประวัติการตรวจสอบผลรางวัล
- ข้อมูลจากการวิเคราะห์กล้อง (Camera/OCR): ภาพถ่ายใบสลากที่ผู้ใช้อัปโหลดผ่านกล้องมือถือ เพื่อใช้ถอดข้อความหมายเลขสลากเท่านั้น (โดยแอปพลิเคชันจะประมวลผลรูปภาพบนเครื่องของผู้ใช้ และส่งเฉพาะข้อความหมายเลขไปตรวจสอบกับเซิร์ฟเวอร์ โดยไม่มีการเก็บไฟล์ภาพถ่ายต้นฉบับไว้บนระบบเซิร์ฟเวอร์หลังบ้าน)
- ข้อมูลการซื้อพรีเมียม: ข้อมูลการสั่งซื้อแพ็กเกจภายในแอปพลิเคชัน (In-App Purchases) เพื่อตรวจสอบสถานะและสิทธิ์การเป็นสมาชิกระดับพรีเมียม
3. วัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้งานข้อมูล
เราใช้งานข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวมเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้:
- เพื่อให้บริการ คํานวณ สถิติ และแจ้งเตือนผลรางวัลตามชุดสลากที่ผู้ใช้ติดตาม
- เพื่อตรวจสอบสิทธิ์สมาชิกพรีเมียมและรับรองการจ่ายเงินที่โปร่งใส
- เพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัยของระบบ Cloud Service
4. สิทธิ์ในการขอเปลี่ยนและลบข้อมูล (Account Deletion)
ผู้ใช้สามารถลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและประวัติการใช้งานทั้งหมดออกจากระบบอย่างถาวรได้ตลอดเวลา โดยการใช้เมนู "ลบบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน (Delete Account)" ภายในหน้าการตั้งค่าของแอปพลิเคชัน เมื่อคุณยืนยันการลบบัญชี ระบบจะดำเนินการล้างข้อมูลโปรไฟล์, ข้อมูลสลากที่บันทึก, ประวัติการใช้งาน AI และ entitlements สิทธิ์การเข้าถึงทั้งหมดออกจากระบบฐานข้อมูล Cloud Firestore และ Cloud Storage ของเราทันทีอย่างถาวร

Welcome to LuckyLek, a companion app for Thai Government Lottery statistics and result verification. We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and protect your personal data when you use our services.
2. Information We Collect
To provide high-quality companion features, we may collect the following information:
- User Profile: Email address and Display Name provided through OAuth Social Sign-In during account registration.
- Ticket and Watchlist Data: Lottery numbers manually inputted or scanned, watchlists, and verification history.
- Camera and OCR Data: Images of physical lottery tickets captured via the camera. Images are processed locally on-device to extract text numbers. No original image files are sent to or stored on our backend servers.
- Entitlement & Payments: Purchase verification receipts to check and authorize premium features.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To calculate analytics, notify you when results match your watchlists, and provide personalization features.
- To secure and verify premium in-app purchases.
- To monitor app performance and defend against security risks.
4. Account Deletion & Right to Erasure
You have the absolute right to delete your account and clear all stored data at any time. You can trigger this process directly within the app settings by tapping "Delete Account". Upon confirmation, our serverless deletion pipelines will permanently wipe your profile documents, watchlists, AI usage logs, and entitlement records from Cloud Firestore and Storage databases.
