1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using LuckyLek, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

LuckyLek is an informational app for checking Thai Government Lottery results, saving user-selected ticket numbers, viewing historical results, receiving selected notifications, and using related informational or entertainment features.

LuckyLek is not:

• a gambling or betting application;
• an authorized lottery ticket seller;
• a prize payment service;
• an official lottery result source;
• a number prediction or investment advice service.

Users should verify official lottery results with the Government Lottery Office at https://www.glo.or.th.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LuckyLek because the app relates to lottery information. If you are under 18, do not use the app.

4. Accounts and User Responsibilities

LuckyLek uses Firebase Authentication and user identifiers to associate saved app data with the correct user.

• Guest-style or anonymous Firebase access may be used.
• Social sign-in and account linking are available only when the relevant provider flags and native/Firebase configuration are enabled.
• If social sign-in or account linking is enabled, provider data such as email, display name, provider ID, or profile photo URL may be used as described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree to:

• use the app only for lawful purposes;
• avoid gambling, betting, fraud, spam, harassment, illegal content, or abuse;
• not attempt to access another user's account or data;
• not disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, automate abusive usage, or attack the service;
• provide only content you have the right to submit.

5. Purchases, Ads, and Premium Features

The current release keeps purchases and ads disabled unless release safeguards and evidence are complete.

• LuckyLek does not sell lottery tickets or process lottery purchases.
• Any future in-app purchase flow will be handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, not by LuckyLek collecting payment card details.
• Google Mobile Ads will be used only if ads are explicitly enabled after consent and App Tracking Transparency readiness.

6. User Content

You are responsible for ticket numbers, profile details, community posts/comments, images, prompts, or other content you submit. You must not submit illegal, defamatory, obscene, privacy-invasive, misleading, or rights-infringing content.

We may moderate, remove, anonymize, or restrict content or accounts when needed to protect users, comply with law, or operate the service.

7. Privacy

Your use of LuckyLek is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which you can read here: Privacy Policy.

8. Data Accuracy

LuckyLek tries to present useful lottery information, but displayed results, statistics, OCR output, notifications, AI-generated content, and other app content may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Always verify with official sources before taking any action.

9. Intellectual Property

LuckyLek, including its source code, UI, design system, brand assets, content, and documentation, is owned by LuckyLek Team or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

10. Service Changes and Termination

We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or terminate features or the service at any time. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms or create operational, legal, or safety risk.

11. No Warranty

LuckyLek is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted operation;
• error-free information;
• continuous availability;
• complete security;
• fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuckyLek Team is not liable for damages arising from app use, inability to use the app, data errors, delays, data loss, account restrictions, third-party services, or force majeure events.

13. Indemnification

You agree to protect LuckyLek Team, developers, and partners from claims arising from your use of the app, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Thai law. If a dispute arises, contact us first at support@luckylek.app. If negotiation fails, Thai courts have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last Updated" date above identifies the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Responsible Use Notice
